In such a broad market, finding great professionals is hard to come by and Nick is the exception! I’ve worked with dozens of referral agents across the country and Nick is easily one of the most knowledgeable and understanding realtors I’ve met. It’s great to have a feeling of comfort knowing my clients are being taken care of by Nick helping eliminate any stress possible. He should be your go to resource in VT.

Nick Sicard Real Estate is excellent! I called.. was transferred to Mr Sicard who was very helpful. Within an hour of speaking with him he contacted an agent from his company that covered the area that my daughter was wanting to view a house… this realtor contacted her.. is sending a list of multiple houses to view while she’s in the area to view the original house she wanted to see….Mr Sicard also sent his information and said to contact him if we needed anything else or he could be of any further assistance…. I am excited for my daughter to work with this company to find them the house of their dreams
